If I cut it back to idle as soon as it starts to stall, I can save it and then get back on plane. If I leave it at mid throttle it will cut off and the primer bulb will be empty but not flat. To get it to start again all I have to do is squeeze the primer bulb and it fires right up. I can then run at WOT all day long. Actually I can run at rpm plus with no problems. Below is a list of things I have recently replaced as I bought this boat used earlier in the year.
Oil and filter change In boat fuel filter change Low pressure fuel filter change New spark plugs New Tank vent cover near fuel filler as the old one was busted off Things I am considering as a possible fix Ensure vent line is clear from the tank to the vent Replace primer bulb Drain gas and replace with new Remove anti siphon valve on tank The odd thing about this is it appears to be a fuel starvation issue but it doesn't happen at wot.
At first I thought I was out of gas but that was not the case. I also thought that due to the increased angle of the boat due to just being on plane that the fuel pickup may be struggling to pick up fuel but once again I had 30 gallons of fresh gas in the tank with marine ethanol treatment.

I'm dealing with something similar with my DF I did everything you did to try to diagnose the problem and I also changed the plugs and tried running on a remote tank, still the same issue. A common issue with this outboard is the filter in the VST tank - it will become partially clogged and can sometimes show up as the symptoms you're describing.
In order to change this filter, the manual calls for you to remove the intake manifold so you can remove the VST tank, which is a bit of an involved process.
